How to build a supplement stack that actually works
Most stacks fail because they're built around hype, not goals. Here's a simple framework for choosing what to take, and what to skip.
Walk into any vitamin shop and you'll be overwhelmed within 30 seconds. Aisles of bottles, conflicting claims, and influencers pushing whatever their sponsor sent them this month. It's no wonder most people give up — or worse, end up taking a dozen pills a day with no idea why.
A good stack starts with goals, not products. Sleep, energy, recovery, focus, longevity — pick the two or three that matter most to you right now. Everything else is noise.
From there, the order is simple: cover the basics (vitamin D, magnesium, omega-3 if your diet is short), add one or two evidence-backed picks for each goal, and stop. More is not better.
